Since 1950 we have been producing technical parts made of rubber for industrial applications.
As well as traditional lip seals for hydraulic and pneumatic seals, we produce:
Silent bearing casings for electric motors,
Sand protection seals for the front seals of electric motors,
Spray seals for the shafts of centrifugal pumps,
Floating and full spheres for the seals of submerged and volumetric pumps, pumps in cellars, for dairy plants and for taps and fittings.
We have paid particular attention to the production of spheres not only in the wide range of sizes available, but also for the finish executed by a robotised grinder.
We have recently set up a modern workshop with a CAD/CAM station for the construction of moulds made-to-measure for the customer.
Therefore we can offer a complete service for the production of extra-catalogue rubber parts made to the meet the specific requests of the customer: from the planning phase to the construction of the mould, moulding the pieces with the subsequent operations of trimming, finishing and grading.
We have four vertical presses for injection moulding, a horizontal injection press for high production and seven compression presses, three of which of an extremely advanced design with the use of innovative technology involving integral vacuum.
We have an advanced computer system that lets us identify the product and all the phases of the process through using barcodes.
