Shanghai Growing Foodstuffs Co., Ltd., established on March of 2001, is a joint venture enterprise located in Nanhui Modern Agriculture Park of Shanghai City. We are dedicated to provide customers with many agricultural by-products such as fresh vegetables, edible fungus, and fruits etc through integration of trade, industry, and agriculture with "one-chain" operation way of growing, processing, and sales.

Shanghai Growing Foodstuffs corp. is the leading member company of Growing Group. Growing Group is a comprehensive modern enterprises group of provinces-crossing, and including international trade, industry, and agriculture. The group has 7 member companies including Shanghai Growing Foodstuffs Corp., Shanghai Growing Agricultural Products Professional Association, Fujian Growing Foodstuffs C., Ltd, Liaoning Growing Foodstuffs Co., Ltd., and Hongkong Growing Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. The business scope of Growing Group covers planting, processing, logistics, I&E trade, domestic sales etc., and has its own planting bases, processing center, distribution center, and safety inspection center, so we can control the quality of products from planting sourcing until final sales. We have fulfilled the aim of integration of trade, industry, and agriculture with "one-chain" operation way of growing, processing, and sales.

We own cold-chain processing and distribution system, modernized office, and complete safety &quality inspection equipments; meanwhile, we also have built many planting bases for edible fungus, vegetables, and fruits in many cities around china, among them, the vegetable base covers more than 20000mu, and the planting scale of edible fungus can reach 50 million bags; these bases' location was based on different latitude from Liaoning province to Fujian province, and we can provide our main products with non-stop service throughout year.

We have been awarded the certificates of ISO9001 and HACCP since 2004. In 2005, the Oyster Mushroom of "Growing" label has been passed the certification of National Pollution-Free Agricultural Products from Ministry of Agriculture of P.R. China. In 2008, the bases in Songyang of Zhejiang Province, Pingquan of Hebei Province, and Xixia of Henan Province have been awarded the certificate of G.A.P.. In 2010, we built a new base named "Standardization Demonstration Base for Edible Fungus of Datuan" in Pudong New Area of Shanghai, and this base is mainly growing Oyster mushroom, small oyster mushroom, and shiitake etc. Also we have applied for the Organic Products Certification of EC from European Union, NOP from America, COR from Canada, JAS from Japan, and GB from China.

Based on the above said certification for management system and products, the safety, sanitary, and quality of our products can be strongly assured. Meanwhile, the traceability for products can be extremely accurate from farm land till the customers. Our products have been exported to many customers throughout many countries such as U.S., Japan, E.U., Canada, Australia, and Korea etc. The annual turnover can be reach 120 million RMB, including more than 10 million US Dollars for exporting sales, and was awarded with the titles of "Top-Leading Agriculture Industrialization Enterprise of Shanghai City", "Quality Assured Enterprise for Vegetables of Shanghai City", and "China Demonstration Enterprise for Agricultural Products Processing".

Our aim is that we are planning to make the Growing Group to be a comprehensive top-leading agriculture firm which will be based in Shanghai, facing whole China, and spreading the World under supported of Green products bases, and bonded by fresh-products supply chain all over the world; and also put the Growing Group on the share listings, and finally make the Growing Group become a "Green Mothership" for China Agriculture.
