Golden Valley Specialty Mushroom Farms Ltd. Is located in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, Fraser Valley's greenbelt, best known for its numerous blueberry farms and golf courses. We have been growing primarily organic oyster mushrooms since 1994; we are among the top three largest producers of organic specialty mushrooms in Canada, and we are no doubt the grower that is most concerned about the quality of our products. Our main products are organic oyster mushrooms and organic baby oyster mushrooms, and we offer other specialty mushrooms like organic Nameko and Shimeji. We pack our mushrooms in boxes stamped with our company logo or in retail packs and supply them to wholesalers, grocery stores and independent brokers locally and across North America.
We are located in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, in the Greater Vancouver Region. Our buildings have an area totaling approximately 40 000 square feet, most of this being climate controlled growing area. Also included in these buildings are refrigerated cooler rooms for mushroom storage, general storage, a large packing room, a staff room, and a new office. We are continually improving our facilities to cater to our growing needs and the growing needs of our customers.
