I think we should be careful not to ignore or undervalue these background factors.When we do things, we naturally place importance on getting results. However, even while doing something, I think we should place more emphasis on the process that gives birth to the results achieved. This practice will imbue us with a natural humility and help us avoid making decisions that we will later regret.The Preda.inc of today, too, has been through a lot. There have been joys as well as sorrows. At times, it has seemed as though we were crawling through a narrow and dark tunnel. But even at those times, we continued to endure patiently and with dignity, joining hearts and hands together and keeping alive our traditional spirit.We should be aware of the process of development that Preda.inc has gone through. I especially hope that those in supervisory positions will have a thorough understanding of the company&＃39;s history, as well as knowledge related to their particular jobs.
