dear suplier ,we are Buyers mandat and we would like to get official offer from real suplier in form of FCO.we purchase large qty for our reffinerys . If you can agree our following procedure than let us go in the deal 1. Buyer sends LOI on his Letterhead Paper, with full banking details1.1 OR the Seller send FCO without LOI and buyer send ICPO with buyers banking details 2. Seller sends signed contract with accepted procedure, and MFPA details included3. Buyer signs contract, and sends it back to Seller4. Seller sends POP by MT 799 to Buyer?s Bank OR4.1 RWA from Bank Class AA to the Buyer?s Bank as confirmation by means of a MT 799 Swift, that the Seller can deliver the product (2 days)5. Buyer?s Bank sends to Seller?s Bank a RWA ? saying that the Bank is willing and able to handle the deal as offered by the Buyer in the Sales Contract by positive proof of POP(2 days)?6. Seller sends POP by Swift to Buyer?s Bank, AND7. Opens the 2% Non Operative PB8. Seller sends Hard Copies of Sales Contract to Buyer via Courier company (3 copies for each Party), AND ALSO furnishes Buyer the Courier Company Tracking Number for follow up9. After checked POP, Buyer?s Bank opens a Pre advice LC to make the PB operative (no later than 3 days)10. Delivery of goods TO BE STARTED no later than 3 weeks after opening of LCBCL can be furnished, if requested, only after POP is made.
