InSystems Automation GmbH is a general contractor and consultancy company for automation, materials handling and manufacturing productivity solutions.

InSystems? area of expertise originated in special SPS codes and services and has evolved to include: HLL codes, machine data visualization, material flow control and the integration of picture processing systems and RFID technology. By collaborating with various companies in the materials handling technology and engineering domains, InSystems is able to excel in electrical powered development, control cabinet construction and the initiation of machines and facilities. This expertise extends to Identification Systems, which capture and analyse data during production and enhance quality control, material flow and the cross linking of production facilities.

Multiple production models and smaller batch sizes require a higher level of production flexibility and efficiency, forcing machines and facilities to be quickly retooled and maintain effective use of precious production time. As a general contractor, InSystems is able to meet these challenges by supplying special purpose machines, facilities and full technical service to its clients.

InSystems Automation was founded in 1999 and transitioned to a limited liability company in 2001. As a result of a growing customer base in the USA, Washington, NC-based InSystems Automation Inc. was founded in 2007.
