Company Introduction
Regarding the elevation market demand in local, and neighbor countries due to rapid expansion of water transfer projects, and the fact that the plants producing ductile iron pipes are few, Hamoun Nyzeh (HANYCO) was established with the annual capacity of 70000 metric tons in may 2006. Constructional activities were tentatively exploited from September 2007. As scheduled mass production will begin on December 2008.
This plant will produce pipes with diameter of 80to700 mm and the length of 6 meter according to ISO 2531 standard. Cement mortar lining is applied at the internal surfaces of the pipes and fitting, and Zink metal plus bitumen painting is used as the external coating. These coating processes are performed in according to ISO 4179 and ISO 8179-2 standards respectively. The required pipe gaskets are also produced according to ISO 8633 standard.
