FLAMMASSTEK's production consists of three basic departments. Evaporator production with roller-bond technique, complicated assemblies of large quantities and the production of punched parts for different industries.
Our manufacturing space amounts to 8,600 square meter. We are a supplier to the automotive and household appliance industry. We have several years of specialist experience in forming, processing, assembling and punching different metal parts.
We are the exclusive supplier to the various refrigeration factories in Turkey in the area of evaporator manufacturing with roll-bond technique. At this plant we produce evaporators with a max. width of 550 mm and max. length of 2,500 mm in different models and sizes. The annual production capacity of this department amounts to approx. 1,200,000 units.


Our highly skilled manufacturing team in the household appliance industry has particularly proved its worth in the assembly department. This produces goods for the most important household appliance industries in volume-production runs, high quality and on time / just in time.

In our press department we operate different eccentric and hydraulic presses with capacities between 400 kN and 5,000 kN. We produce punched parts for the automotive and household appliance industry.

In addition we produce spare parts for the household appliance industry using spot-welding and tube forming methods.
