The Simonetta is a young company with an extensive sun drenched olive grove nurtured and harvested through authentic and time honored traditional ways. The company is located in the Province of Palermo, in the territory of Monreale, on the island of Sicily. A land known for its natural beauty, unforgettable fragrance and color. We produce an extra virgin olive oil “Nocellara”, and table olives harvested by hand and pressed the same day. Our extra virgin olive oil, and natural sedimentation, appears green in color with golden reflections, lingering scent of freshly picked olives, intensely flavored with a slightly spicy taste and an acidity equal to 0.02% . When consumed raw, enhances the flavor of grilled meat, fish, salads, bruschetta and all the dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine. The company also offers tasty appetizers, fine preserves, flavored oils and jams.
