The firm "WAMECH-Producer of the industrial trolleys" was founded in 1989 in Cracow as a locksmithal-mechanical plant. On the beggining of its activity the firm was doing service works for the tobacco plants. In this time were designed, made and started a dozen or so prototypes of the machines that were used for transporting tobacco and packing cigarettes. Problem with internal transport, that existed in the others firms too, made the firm to concentrate its interests and developement in this area. After few prototyped series of hand-use trolleys were succedly introduced into the serial production, the whole row of two and four wheels trolleys, intended for the needs of the stores, was introduced to the production too. New experiences let in a short time to widen an offer with a specialistic trolleys: welding trolleys, special trolleys for the libraries, hospitals, for clothes, tools etc. Since 1991 the lead motto of the firm has beeen words " It is better to transport lightly than carrying heavily". Looking for the best quality of the wheels in 1994 began the serial assemble of the wheels from german firm Tente Rollen GmbH-the world leader in this area. Good cooperation and good contacts turned after one year into the partnership cooperation of both firms and amount to the signing of the agency agreement. Wamech became a representative of Tente in Poland.
In year 2000 Wamech obtained TUV-CERT certification that affirmate the consistention of the work of the plant with the PN-ISO 9001 norm. In current year our company positive passed recertification and acquire TUV-CERT ISO 9001: 2000.
