Our main objective is to supply our Principals with seafarers who are well disciplined, qualified and competent. Our company's been working on the international crewing market since 2000. We work on the basis of State Licence issued by the Ministry of labour and social policy of Ukraine. - computer testing of seamen's English knowledge, conversational skills checking;
