Theonilde sas, ownded by Donati P. & C., is specialized in the production of brass nuts, fittings and components according to customer&＃39;s drawings or samples, which are hot pressed and processed on CNC transfer machines, and obtained from brass bars on single and multi-spindle lathes.It was originally located in Lumezzane, an area that is well-known for its metallurgical and mechanical engineering industry but was later moved to Vobarno where it then expanded its production volume and range.Initially its core business was concentrated on the production of brass nuts for plumbing and heating systems but subsequently it widened its product range to introduce more complex fittings and components with a wider range of applications.Ongoing growth allowed the company to become part of an increasingly demanding and selective world market, producing to required standards thanks to the creation of a technical office and a quality control department equipped with sophisticated quality control systems.The company&＃39;s property currently extends over a covered area of 2500 sq m and consists of a processing department with a daily production capacity of approximately 220,000 items, a quality control department and a storage and despatch department.The fittings and components produced by Theonilde are mainly shipped to export markets such as Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, Netherlands and Spain; naturally the domestic market also holds appealing opportunities.
