Please issue us a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Bank Capability Letter (preferred) after soft offer agreed in which we will reply with FCO for your consideration.Our payment methods are FOB Vessel, CIF (pls mention port destination), cash 5:4:1 or irrevocable L/C at sight opened at prime banks.
