Ruata Spa company is entirely owned by the Ruata family who has been selecting and trading the best Italian olive oils for three generations.
Ruata Spa owns the Ligurian GOCCIA DORO brand; approx. 12 million litres of oil will be processed during the year 2008.
Ruata Spa is located in Northern Italy, with headquarters in the old farm Fattorie Tenuta del Roero, a family estate specialized in the production of natural products grown in accordance with the most strictest principles of organic farming.
From its old and traditional seed cold-pressing mill, our Company has developed into the present modern production plant for seed and olive oil bottling and packaging, covering more than 9. 000 sq M, and stock of oil in tanks greater than 3. 500 tons.
Production lines fill glass and PET bottles 0. 25, 0. 50, 3 / 4, 1, 2 litre;
As well as 1, 5, 25 litre cans, 213 litre barrels and 1. 100 litre tanks.
Our production plant is technologically advanced and equipped with an automatic control system based on HACCP method to guarantee safety and hygiene.
Our control laboratory is managed by skilled chemical analysts who check all chemical-organoleptic parameters of raw materials and finished products. Production batches are examined to meet strict Italian and international standards.
All our products comply with EU standards and are guaranteed by a Certificate of Ruata Spa company specialized in supplying catering, wholesalers, food-preserver and bread-making industries, is also highly export-oriented company.
