Maghsoud Porcelain

Maghsoud Porcelain Production Complex came to life on a 90,000 sqm. piece of land with some 29,000 sqm. of utilized indoor space, at the Toos Industrial Park in 1992, with the primary objective of producing porcelain tableware. This Complex is designed to utilize the most up-to-date technology and machinery such as the ISO-Static Presses and Fast-Burning Kilns and render a fully automated system. With the addition of the Casting Division, the production capacity has been raised to 6,000 tons which will be doubled upon the completion of the presently underway Development Project. A total of some 1000 people are currently employed in many varied areas of expertise, 30% of who are women. Our engineers and experts, apart from relevant academic education, have also completed specialized courses inside and in other countries, such as Germany and England. Our fully facilitated and modern Laboratory and Research Unit of Materials Engineering is charged with the responsibility of Materials&＃039; Analyses and provision of formulation. The parallel usage of production methods of ISO-Static Presses and Under-Pressure Casting makes this production line unique. This company has obtained 9002 Iso Standard after so much trying and also has many certifications from different international exhibitions. With aiming for finishing it&＃039;s new projects Maghsoud Porcelain has opening the decal printing Company ,Golanghsh Toos, on Autumn 2005 with capacity 2000 sheets per day and successfully finished it&＃039;s project for Pyrex and Opal with name of Sepide Jam Toos on winter 2007 with the capacity about 10.000 ton per year.
