The enterprise Intercommerce Ltd. has been founded in 1992. At present we have an office in Odessa City and two offices in Ilyichevsk: at the Port of Ilyichevsk and at Ilyichevsk Ferry Terminal, for the majority of our cargoes go through the Port of Ilyichevsk, which is now one of the most advantageous ports in Ukraine. However, we are likewise able to handle cargoes through other ports, e.g., such as  Odessa, Yuzhny, Reni, etc.  
Being a well-reputed company in Ukraine and among companies FIATA members, we  are an associate member of FIATA and an active member of Ukrainian Association of International Freight Forwarders.
