My name is Julia Shypytkova and I am Director of International Affairs Department of the Association of Cities of Ukraine, Kiev headquarters, acting under supervision of State Administration, and created 10 years ago for cooperation of Ukrainian regions and cities as well as internationally, in area of economical, social and cultural activities.
