It is evalueated eligibility by Zhoushan Maritime Affairs Bureau and Harbor Bureau, and gains "licence for port operation" and "licence for dangerous goods operation" which certificate by local environmental department.
Zhoushan Sinwa Tanker Cleaning Co.,Ltd owns three vessels for cleaning: one is huashengyou158,dwt:1000t and two others are xinhe 1# and xinhe 2#. It also has oilcan amount 3000 m3 , one dock with 1000 size, a warehouse with 2000 m2 , and a base for oil sewerage disposal. Also there are more than 300 specialist for vessel cleaning.
