We were established in 2000 with the investment of RMB1,300 million. We are a private enterprise which specializes in manufacturing vehicle wheel, trailer and trailer part, precision casting and fine machining. Our company has the following affiliated companies: Fudi Precision Casting Company, Jinxin Logistics Company, a branch company in Dubai U.A.E., a branch company in Huangpu district of Guangzhou, and Zhengxing International Commercial Hotel. The business of our company involves advanced machinery manufacturing, logistics and transportation, international trade, lodging and catering.

The headquarters of our company is located in the famous city of North Guangdong---Shaoguan, a hub of communication with abundant resources and convenient transportation. Our company covers an area of 120,000 square meters. 1,200 employees work in our company, among which 12 people are senior engineers, and 80 people are technicians with intermediate title. Our workshops are equipped with advanced manufacturing machines including 1,250-ton hydraulic machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine and powerful revolver gress, advanced inspection equipment, and a whole set of steel wheel production line. Domestically, our products occupy a large share in Chinese market; internationally, our products have been exported to over 30 countries and regions in Europe, America, and Southeast Asia. Our company has been accredited as the creditable and free inspection company in succession during the year 2001 and 2006, and the double satisfactory company of quality and service by the China Quality Long March in 2003. We passed ISO9001:2000 international quality system in 2006, and began to start TS16949 standard systems of international auto industry in 2007. In 2006, our company was approved of High-tech Private Enterprise Certification of Guangdong Province. The famous brand of Guangdong province is an independent brand registered by our company.
