Zhejiang Tongdi Heavy Machinery Co .,LTD is located in Industrial Park ,Huanjiabu Town,Yuyao, Zhejiang, it covers an area of 100000 Square meters, with construction area of 90000 Square meters, it is a joint venture, registered in August, 2005. In the company there are more than 200 employees (2 senior engineers, 7 engineers, over 20% of employees are special technician). The annul income of 2008 already reached to RMB 200,000,000 with benefits.

It has a set of 3150 tons hydraulic forging press machine, 7 sets of different class pneumatic hammer (below 3 T), a set of 3T and 6T Forging Hammer. The main process equipment: 5 sets of 3.5-1.25 meter vertical lathe, special purpose lathe for 3 節�12 meters, horizontal lathe of 5 meters and below, TQ2132 Type & 1.2X9 meter  deep hole drilling and boring machine,  Roll lathe, grinding machine, milling machine and so on. We are equipped with the new type heat treatment plant.

Meanwhile, there are a lot advanced instruments for inspection, with which to guarantee production quality. And our company has got ISO9001 quality certificate, German GL, French BV, Japan NK, USA ABS, China CCS, Norway DNV certificate.

In 2005, we introduced into free forging machine set of 7000 tons. And annual forging and production capacity could reach to 56000 tons or above. Under this capacity, leading products in boats industry oriented in diesel engine crankshaft covers about 20000 tons in annual output of our company. Other products are to provide set products for industries like, power, steel, landification, mechanism, navigation, automobiles and so on, with annual output of about 36000 tons. And the Maximum capacity is flange�5.2 meters, forgeable piece length of 20 meters, weight of 150 tons.
