Zhejian Concord Group

Concord Group was established in 1993 with total investment  1.36 billion RMB, dedicating in the production and sale of galvanized steel coils, galvalume steel coils, color coated steel coils and cold rolled coils.
Raw material
We purchase raw material from Baosteel, Ansteel and other large steel factory, other value-added products are produced by our own steel mills,  it is more advantaged for us to control to the cost and price, there are few steel factories like us which have so many pickling and rolling lines.
2. Production base
A. Xiaoshan factory: 2 pickling lines, 1.5 million MT/year; 5 single stand cold rolled lines, 1.2 million MT/year; 4 galvanized lines, 0.8 million MT/year; 1 galvalume line, 0.2 million MT/year; 1 color coated line, 0.1 million MT/year. The total plant area is about 400 Mu.
B. Haiyan factory: 3 pickling lines, 2.2 million MT/year; 1 cold rolled line with 5 stand, 1.2 million MT/year(this production line which is worth 0.1 billion USD is the most advanced production line for cold rolled steel in our country); 4 single stand cold rolled,1.0 million MT/year; 6 galvanized lines, 1.5 million MT/year; 2 color coated lines, 0.5 million MT/year; 1 annealing cold rolled line, 0.25 million MT/year; 1 silicon steel line, 0.25 million MT/year. The total plant area is about 1250 Mu.
3. Port
Concord Haiyan factory has an international port with 250 Mu area, which can be applied for the transportation of raw material and export of containers, saving 10 USD/MT cost compared with other similar steel factories, this part shall be moved to clients. Concord is the sole enterprise with international port.
