  The automatic hotwire TIG pipe uff welding machine,imported from American AMET company,has the features,such as high effiency,steady performamnce,sound appearance for seam forming,and high passing percentage of crater.The high-automated Siemens control equipment,with a heading pipe-bending device,is able to effectively improve elbow's ellipticity and thinning capacity,and to control bending pressure in zone th further bending quality.Hole tube panel is formed in one time,and doesnt need to be turned over during bending efficiency.
   The tube billets for the steel tubes manufactured by our company is the hith quality tube billets supplied by XingCheng special steel mill and Baosteel Corp.In the process of the production ,the operation is conducted rigidly as ISO9001:2000 Quality System with domestically advanced production management and quality control.For the manufacturing techinique in terms of heat treatment,unique and fully mature advanced treatment technology is adopted.
