Company Introduction
1. YONGKANG XINYUN IMP&EXP CO., LTD, we have our own factory and technical team. We have specilizing in all kinds of ebike over 7 years.
2. Our electric bike have CE/EN15194/SGS certification.
3. We do excellent after-sale service. Our sales Director and engineer normally visit Europe at least once per year for technical support and business development.
4. We use top quality engine, and test each engine before assemble.
The key parts are of famous brand from Taiwan. Such as "topgun" front fork, "kenda" tire, "zoom" front fork, "Kmc" chain "bikemen" fender...
5. 5% of battery was inspected fully(means charge to full and discharger.
100% battery's internal resistance were inspected.
4% of motors and controller were tested before assemble.
100% of charger were tested before assemble.
On the assemble line, there is patrol inspector to control each work position. after e-bike assemble, all the e-bike will be checked by our quality control team. and the general inspector will check 3% of finished e-bikes.
6. Hand make frame and perfect heat treatment make our frame more stronger than others, our frame have 3 year quality warranty.
7. 120 workers skillfully works makes sure the quality of assemble
We have our own painting line, can paint any color for our customer. We use YS paint, which ensure the painting will shinning always.
