Yonga was founded in 1974 by Turkish guest workers in Germany.

The contract furnishing of hundreds of hotels mainly on the 500 km. Turkish Riviera around Antalya, where there are now more than 2000 facilities, was the main activity until 2001.

Exports of living and bedroom furniture started in 2001 and dominated production after 2002.


Yonga has been exporting furniture to well known brands in the UK like Marks & Spencer and Ercol. By producing 6 range of furniture, Yonga is the largest supplier of M&S and production capacity is 60000 pcs furniture per year

250 people are presently employed, of which 20 are managerial and administrative, 207 workers and 23 apprentices.

In 2007 Yonga became certified by ISO 9001:2000. On the other hand we are controlled periodically by SEDEX and FISP for M&S.
