Company Introduction
Specialized in all kinds of stainless steel and carbon steel parts. Established in March 1995. Occupies 35000m2 of land, and 15000m2 of manufacturing plant area. Has 400 staff. Capacity of 4200 tons/year castings. Molding, casting and machining all in one. We develop and are willing to adopt new technology and new products. We also adopt medium melting-point wax mixture, sillica sol coating shell, and medium frequency induction melting. Our casting weight rang is from 5g to 60kg We adopt Auto CAD and Auto CAM software. We have 30 engineers. Most of them have BSc degree. And periodically consulted by 2 engineering professors. ISO9001:2000, PED 97/23/EC and AD2000-WO certificates. Well-Equipped Quality Test Lab. Well-Trained QC team.
