Company Overview Yichang Tianyuan Canned Food Co., Ltd, located in Anfusi town of Yichang City in China, founded in Sep 2004 as a professional canned beans manufacturer, has experienced booming development and become the biggest canned broad bean manufacturer in China. All our products are produced for export. With total export volume of 35 thousand tons in turnover of 25 million US dollars, we accounted for about 60% of China&＃039;s total exports on canned broad beans in 2012. Our sales target for year 2013 is to reach export volume of 45 thousand tons and occupy 90% of China&＃039;s total exports on canned broad beans. We now have more than 200 clients from the Middle East, Africa, Europe and America. Product Range In the past several years we have expanded our product range to include canned broad beans, canned green peas, canned white kidney beans, canned red kidney beans, canned chick peas, canned green peas and carrots, canned mixed vegetables, canned tomato paste, canned sweet corn kernel and various canned fruits. Products can be made according to different market flavor requests and in various tin sizes ranging from 70 g to 4500g of net weight. Company Scale The company covers an area of 50 thousand square meters with 40 thousand square meters building area. At present its registered capital is 8 million US dollars. It had total fixed assets of over 18 million US dollars and the turnover was 25 million US dollars in 2012. It has a workforce of over 300 employees among which 60 are advanced technicians, quality controllers and managerial staff. The company owns two different factories. One produces canned food. The other produces empty cans. Production lines in the canned food factory were elaborately designed with the highest rate of mechanization in the canned food industry at home. Daily production capacity is 120 tons of canned various beans , 30 tons of canned tomato paste and 30 tons of canned sweet corn, giving a total of 10 containers. Furthermore, two shifts can be applied if big order volumes call for. The empty can factory does tin lacquering in house. Annual production capacity reached 300 million sets in various shapes last year. It is a big separate factory which is selling to many well-known domestic canned food factories in addition to supplying to our own canned food factory.
