In 1994, YD CO., Ltd. was founded.
In 1996, our factory was registered and started fabric production.

In 1997, we were registered as trade business.
In 2002, Jin Ryang Textile Factory was founded with a partnership with Dong-Wook Corporation
In 2010, Bi-san Dyeing company was founded as Dae-Gu branch.
In 2011, YD TEXTILE CO., Ltd. was founded in the partnership with Kyung-Joo Ah-Hwa company.
In 2011, headquarter was moved to Dae-gu dying company.
In 2012, R&D lab was open as sub-organization.
