LTD which was founded in 1988 and American Carlyle Investment Group. It distinguishes itself as an outstanding player in the world’s seamless steel tube sector with its unique production technologies, high product quality and wide range of product lines. Chengde is located in Jiangdu in the east suburb of Yangzhou city, and covers a land area of 1.6 million square meters, total asset 1.6 billion RMB with about 1100 employees. It enjoys highly convenient communications with Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Ninqi Railway Line converging on the northeast side of the factory area and with the new plant area “Chengde Metallurgical Industrial Park” immediately close to the Yangtzi River and Jiangdu Port.
