The factory has various kinds of modern equipments, such as CNC flame & plasma cutting machines, 3200 ton CNC hydraulic servo bending machine (Length up to 14m, Thickness up to 35mm), Automatic submerged arc welding machines (D: 1800mm, 2500mm), CNC pipe cutting machine (Intersection line plasma cutting machine), Plate cutting machines, CNC drilling platform, Bending & folding machines, Automatic CO2 welding machines, 4 Automatic Cutting-punching-marking steel tower production lines, Ultrasonic flaw detector and so on. Xuzhou Dahuangshan Galvanizing Co., Ltd, founded in 1984, specializing in hot dip galvanizing, enjoys more than 30 years experience in hot dip galvanizing service, which ensures high quality of hot dip galvanized products. The capacity of steel pole and steel tower is 50,000 MT per year, structural steel fabrication and cold roll forming is 30,000 MT per year, hot dip galvanizing is 100,000 MT per year.
