Xi'an Hedu Industrial Co., Ltd., a subsidiary holding company of the Shaanxi Hedu Textile Co., Ltd., with the registration capital of 100 million CNY and founded in September 2013, has specialized in the cotton purchasing, processing, and yarn spinning as well as importing and exporting textile businesses.
Located in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, our company has over 200 employees. Among them, there're 38 senior professional engineers and specialists. Now we have possessed the world-class fully automated rotor-spinning production lines 12 sets, which is capable of producing more than 30,000 tons 7-40s cotton yarn and spun rayon annually, with the value about 700 million CNY.
As a foreign-trade-strategy-oriented district of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, its inland port, railway containers central station and highway port ---three essential platforms have made the port moving towards inland, the custom service near the door, the railway-sea shipment in a seamless system. The constructing project of 50,000 tons of high quality knitting yarn for top class clothes material will have 30 production lines. With the total investment of 357.66 million CNY, coving an area of 120 mu(the building area 40.077 square meters), the project will be equipped with the world-class Triitzschler blowing-carding machines, drawing frames and the newest generation German Schlafhorst automated rotor spinning machines. These high-tech equipments are fully automated and can greatly improve the labor productivity as well as production capability and quality. And meanwhile, it can significantly save the cotton material and electric energy as well.
Our products are mainly for the weaving of the top quality cotton shirt and denim material fabrics, which are fashionable, natural and high-end. Our quality has reached to 5% level of USTER 2007 communique, and now we're entering the international market with diversified cooperation.
