Core Analytical Services (CAS) has been devoted to providing high quality and efficient services to our customers, trying our best to enable every customer to prevent time-consuming and speed up the process. Our lab is equipped with various Prep-HPLC systems with solvent flow rate from 25 ml/min to 500 ml/min, the chromatography with high sensitivity of ultraviolet dual wavelength detector and mass spectrometry (MS) detector, can be applied to various compounds. In addition, we have the supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) which can be used for chiral separation, it also equipped with high sensitivity ultraviolet detector, ELSD detector and MS detector. Special purifications can also be provided for our clients, such as samples with poor solubility, samples with poor resolution between target and impurities, samples with weak UV absorbance, unstable samples, etc. The experiences and technical skills of our separation specialists enable us to solve purification problems quickly and decisively. During the separation, every fraction for each sample will undergo an LC/MS test to ensure the purity and to prevent the lack of any interested components. The prep-HPLC services we provided are from mg to kilo-gram levels. Diversifications of instrument and chromatographic columns can not only be adapted to the individual compound purification, but also can be adapted to library compounds purification. The capability of library compounds purification is about 1000000 compounds annually.
