Wisebox Telecom Technology

Wisebox Telecom Technology is an original equipment manufacturer and exporter specializing in speech recognition devices and home automation technology. Currently, the company is developing an integrated home networking service that enables all home appliances to be accessed via voice and over the Internet.

After developing and commercializing Voice Ville, a voice-recognition home automation system, in September 2000 the company made a contract to participate in a consortium with SK Telecom (Korea) in IMT-2000, a major telecommunications project. The company also participated in Hyundai Insurance's CTI project, as well as implementing an ARS system for Dynasty Telecom (Korea). More recently, the company was contracted by Dae-ah Construction (Korea) to supply Voice Ville to 800 households in a newly constructed apartment complex in Daejon.

Wisebox Telecom Technology, a privately owned company, was founded in 2000 by experts in the field of home automation, and has a registered capital of US$1.1 million. A total of 23 employees, including 17 technology specialists and 2 quality assurance personnel, work in our head offices in Seoul. Currently the company records annual revenue in the region of US$2 million. Our products are mainly exported to North America, Asia Pacific, East Asia and Southeast Asia.
