West Coast Products (WCP) focuses entirely on creating a TOP-QUALITY product. WCP was founded in 1937 and has carried on a long tradition of brine-curing without the use of any lye, which means our olives carry a higher quality taste, freshness, and nutritional value. Our olives are often cured for nearly half a year to ensure our quality as opposed to lye-cured olives, which are often cured in a couple weeks. In addition, our olives grown in the Sacramento valley, a climate incredibly suitable for olive growth. WCP is a bulk supplier, so that we can reduce the expensive nature of our products by supplying in large quantities.
