Wenzhou Jinbaicai Pigments Co., Ltd. is a share-holding enterprise, integrating the production, scientific research and development of superior grade fine pigment. Wenzhou Best Fine Pigments Co., Ltd. and Jinbaicai Carbon Black Pigment Plant are our subordinate enterprises.
