However, after consultation with the client, dyeing services to the customer&＃39;s choice of color, or galvanization or tinning may be offered.- Delivery is done as desired by the customer, e.g. either by us or by the customer himself, and usually is FOB (as described in Incoterms 2010 of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC))- Packaging during transportation is related to the size of the goods, with carton or wooden cases or pallets or even containers beings used, with individual items wrapped with bubble wrap, according to the customer&＃39;s request.InstallationProducts requiring installation at the customer&＃39;s premises, are installed by our own specialised crew.PricingThe price ranges quoted on our products presentation, depicts costing of materials and labor, depending on the size and complexity of products.Other expenses, such as painting, installation, etc., are agreed separately with the customer, taking into consideration the particular circumstances of each case (eg type of coating, crew&＃39;s travel and accommodation expenses, etc.).After Sales ServicesProvided that the customer maintains occasionally the coating in order to enhance corrosion protection of iron products, and provided that no force majeure occurs, such as earthquake, fire, etc, we can guarantee that our iron goods will endure for a lifetime. Nevertheless, we remain at the disposal of our customers, supporting them in troubleshooting any kind of problem that might arise, or offering maintenance tips, etc.
