We believe in fair trade. All our beaders are 18-45 year old women who have a passion for beading and have been doing this for many-many years. They mostly work from their homes at their own convenience. They get compensated on every piece they make. This makes them independent and be able to support their family needs while doing what they love doing - 'beading'.
