The Vietnam E-Commerce Portal (ECVN) is established under the Decision No. 266 / 2003 / QD-TTg dated 17th December, 2003 by the Prime Minister. ECVN is operated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the purpose of constructing a commercial portal for the Vietnamese business community. ECVN assists businesses to quickly improve potential trading opportunities gained via e-commerce applications; popularizing and promoting their image and trademark; connecting trading opportunities between Vietnamese enterprises and partners at home as well as abroad, leading to successful transactions is one of the most important activities in our daily operations.
At present, Vietnam E-commerce Portal is highly appreciated as the leading B2B e-marketplace of Vietnam. All enterprises who are members of ECVN are appraised and are prestigious ones.
