Quality assurance programme implemented in different phases is obvious:

- Inspection of model equipment dimensions

- Inspection of cores before placing in the mould

- Analysis of a moulding blend in the company?s own laboratories

- Inspection of a charge

- Spectrographic analysis of liquid metal

- Determination of casting mechanical properties: tensile strength, hardness and metallographic analysis

- Final inspection after finishing products

Environment and our company:

The environment is no less an important priority for our company. The investment plan of our company includes an electrification of the melting plant. It practically means that cupola smelters will be replaced by electric induction furnaces.
