Conducting Strict Inspections, Product Safety Test and Offering Meticulous Services
We operate under ISO/TS 16949:2009, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MAS), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). To minimize mechanical and assembly errors for waterproof and vibration-free, we verify all the mechanical parts through 3D simulation. Moreover, we utilize advanced production facilities and reliable testing equipment, such as anti-load dump, waterproof, vibration testing instruments, and environment temperature and salt spray detection devices. As a result, our monitor camera systems are compliant with ISO 7637-2 standards.
Our monthly capacity is 30,000 monitors and 40,000 cameras. We also provide professional OEM/ODM services. Without special requirements, the lead time is two to four weeks. For your added assurance, all our products come with a two-year warranty.
