The company was incorporated as a private limited company on 15th September 1997, taking over the assets and liabilities of M/s Veeckey Enterprises & Builders Pvt Ltd as an on going concern engaged in civil construction work under C.P.W.D. for Aviation Research Center, an Indian Air Force organization and successfully completed works worth Rupees 50 lacs. The company started similar works for C.P.W.D., Dept. Of Telecom, Food Corporation of India, NTPC , ICAR, Airport Authority of India, State P.W.D. , Garden Reach Ship Builders & Engineers Ltd., and Military Engineering Services (MES) getting enlistment with The Chief Engineer, Jabalpur Zone as a civil contractor. The company was trading in different steel products of Rourkella Steel Plant, a Unit Steel Authority of India Ltd. since 7 years and also entered the arena of Road Construction for N.H.A.I. four laning work (GOLDEN QUADRILATERAL), under M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited where it got in touch with major earth moving equipment owners and fleet owners of the country. In any kind of open cast mining operation, Earth moving equipments like Hydraulic Excavators, Wagon Drilling equipments, play major role and Dumpers & Tippers are equally required for transportation in mining areas as well as transportation of materials to Port area. With vast knowledge in these fields presently the Company is engaged in supply of Iron Ore Fines to some prominent Golden Export trading houses of the country and has a xxxxx plot near Haldia Port on main road of Haldia and has ready stock of suitable grade cargo around 10000 W.M.T. The Company is associated with Dr.Prakash Mukherjee, the eminent geologist and mining consultant of BARBIL AND TENSA, the Iron Ore rich mining fields of Orissa and are taking his active guidance for mining and trading quality of Iron Ore Fines matching international demands and standards. The company has agreement with M/s Serajuddin & Co.Joda the oldest mining owner of the state for long term association and putting up a 100T.P.H. crusher there for crushing of Iron Ores to size ore and fines. The Company is associated with M/s Orissa Stevedores Limited,for at PARADIP PORT for dumping and stocking and loading of Iron Ore Fines to vessels which is internationally reputed shipping and stevedoring agency having shiploading facilities in all major ports of India. M/sRilpay Limited in Haldia Port which is equally reputed in this field. This Company is an internationally reputed shipping and stevedoring agency having all Ship loading and unloading facilities in all major Ports of India and its Chairman Mr. Mahima Mishra is a shipping tycoon and is close friend of the company&＃039;s Director. The company has two suitable plots with loading and unloading equipments at Jayant Garh and Chaibasa in Jharkhand State for transshipment of these iron ore fines to Haldia Port with required man power and trucks. The Company has obtained Export and Import code and is also registered with Orissa sales tax and Jharkhand sales tax department. The Company has also entered in contract with a Taiwan based importer & export of Iron Ore Fines from Haldia port against Foreign L/C issued by ABN AMRO Bank of Hongkong internationally a prime bank for export iron ore fines to China . The Company has also clients from abroad like Harvest United L.L.C of Taiwan,Sanghai Kadi Metal Mining Co.Ltd.China, M/sTangshan Guofeng Iron & steel Co.Ltd ,China . for Iron Ore fines. The Company is having contracts with a Mozambique Company in Angola,South Africa and M/s World Source (UK) Ltd, London for import of HMS scrap to India via Haldia Port and Paradeep Port.
