We UTOSE is a company that produces and supplies the EXTRUDER that can
produce snacks using corn, white rice and brown rice etc for 20 years.

Let me intoroduce you to SCREW EXTRUDER 10HP

UTS-100 that is a small EXTRUDER with the volume of 10HP (7.5KW) is
a machine to produce snack using corn starch, white rice starch and
brown rice starch. When raw material is supplied to EXTRUDER,
it is delivered to the screw, produces snack by puffing starch using
the friction heat and heater which generate in the screw. By changing
the hole shape of the Die, various shapes of  snack can be produced.
