Usen electronics Ltd was established in 2003 with plant located in south China. We supply rigid PCB from 2 to 28 layers with quick turn service up to mass production. Founders of Usen have over 8 years experience in PCB business with background of major Chinese plants. Our business started with Chinese domestic market and soon covered Europe & US. The oversea sales volume has kept increased and reached 1,000,000USD in year 2006.
Usen implemented ISO9001 from the very beginning. All boards complied with IPC A-600F. Along the way Usen has considered quality as the first priority of PCB business and with such a policy Usen has very good reputation among oversea clients.
As the business grew, Usen also setup business cooperation with other plants in order to meet varies demands from our clients. And with such cooperation, the business range of Usen was expanded.
Usen knows how important it is to deliver in time. Lead time is essential in oversea business and even more important in PCB business since PCB is the foundation for almost every electronics/electric products. Different from other plants, Usen follows up every job progress by an overall WIP, which includes not only the time line of production but also engineering and logistic process.
The oversea sales team knows well on how to work with oversea clients. Since PCB business is not as simple as other standard items, our sales team knows how to work by PM, production control etc, especially how to solve quality issues with correct method.
