Our Management Staff and Consultants have over twenty-five years of experience in importing and exporting products, materials handling solutions and conveying systems for the Scrap Steel and the Cement Industry. United Cement Group, Inc. is in the process of constructing a Cement Distribution Center in the Port of St. Bernard, which is located in Chalmette, which is just next to New Orleans, Louisiana. United Cement Group, Inc. will be importing from China 2,000,000 metric tons of cement starting in the fall of 2006. United Cement Group, Inc. has been investigating the possibility of shipping products and material back to China on the same vessels that will be carrying the cement cargo to Louisiana. After many months of investigating, United Cement Group, Inc. has decided to export scrap steel from the United States for delivery to China through United Contacts in China. United Equipment and Steel Supply, Inc. has been able to secure a license of Registration for Overseas Supplier Enterprise of Imported Scrap Materials to China through a Joint Venture Agreement with Industrial Resources, Co. a California bases company. The owners of Industrial Resources, Co. has been involved in the Scrap Steel Business for the past twenty years in China and the United States. A great opportunity has presented its self to United Equipment and Steel Supply, Inc. due to the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in the Gulf region, there is a very large amount of scrap metal available to purchase in the Gulf Region throughout United Equipment and Steel Supply, Inc. We have a scrap steel yard that will process scrap steel material for transportation from New Orleans to China. United Equipment and Steel Supply has been able to put together several contracts in China for the purchase of scrap steel. The Buyers in China will issue to United Equipment and Steel Supply Letters of Credit to purchaseof scrap steel. The first scrap steel shipment is scheduled to leave New Orleans in October 2006.
