UNIK SURGICAL SUTURES MFG. CO. (established in 1972) is the only surgical sutures manufacturer in Taiwan, with 40 plus years of manufacturing experiences within suture industry, we are currently enjoying a strong and growing market position in Taiwan, we are currently occupying about 60% market share, and the products have been recognized by governmental, clinical, and teaching hospitals as well as appointed by doctors as the preferred suture of choice. Beginning in 2001 upon our SFDA (China FDA) approval, we started to direct our focus by setting up branch offices in Beijing and subsequently in Shanghai in 2007; and currently, with our initial focus on northern part, we have captured around 10% market share while working in close partnership with 70 distributors.

In 2008, with the approval of CE by TUV as our notifying body, we are now ready to venture into the international market to serving your suture need. Currently we have a diversified surgical sutures offering, including Non-Absorbable (Silk, Nylon, Polyester, Polypropylene) and Absorbable Surgical Sutures (Catgut, PGA Synthetic) , and all these products have fulfilled and approved by CE.
