Procedures
1. Buyer issues ICPO with permission for bank probe and BCL with full banking details addressed to Seller.
2. Seller will issue draft contract once POF is successful; Buyer signs, seals and returns contract to Seller within 48 hour who countersigns seals and return a copy of the document to the buyer with soft POP.  Both parties lodge a copy of the contract with their respective Bank.
3. Buyer Bank within 48 hour issue MT 103-23/LC/ARDLC seller release full POP- Quality and Quantity (SGS), B/Lading
4. Lifting of the product commences

Term of Delivery ?Terms of Contract. According to Terms of Contract to be mutually agreed upon by Buyer and Seller.

First Delivery:  According to terms of Contract
Payment Conditions: Payment shall be secured by an Irrevocable, Non-Transferrable, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit or MT103.23
Payment Procedure: According to Terms of Contract to be mutually agreed upon by Buyer and Seller.
Inspection: (Quality/Quantity) ?SGS
Performance Bond: 2%
