Our Company is one of the leading manufacturers in the Turkish Knit Apparel Textile Market with a long tradition of quality and customer satisfaction. The company holds sampling , design & development , cutting, sewing and finishing departments in 4000 sqm. PRODUCTION Fabric quality is checked 100% by one semi automatic fabric control machine. 100% of cutting process is done inhouse by 4 semi automatic fabric spreading machines. There are 45 machines in sewing department inhouse. Monthly capacity is around 130.000-160.000 pieces. Production team consists of 110 people inhouse and also 4 full time subcontractors and products are inspected by our quality control team. Production is made up by circular knitted outerwear garments such as t-shirts, sweat-shirt, bottoms, dresses, polo t-shirts and cardigans ; using mainly jersey, fleece, rib, pique & interlok with various blended fabric compositions… CUSTOMERS TTNC is very well experienced in all European Market and mainly working with ;Celio, V&D, Hema, Coolcat, Lahalle, ***** We work hard every day to achieve the mission by leveraging long experience in production, quality and service in textile industry.
