Truong Hai Auto Corporation formerly known as Truong Hai Auto Co., Ltd was established on April 29th 1997 with headquaters located at No. 19 street 2A, Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai Province. Its founder Mr. Tran Ba Duong, is currently THACO Chairman.In 2007, Truong Hai Auto Co., Ltd converted into Truong Hai Auto Joint Stock company. Now, THACO operates 4 representative office in Ha Noi, Chu Lai, Bien Hoa and Ho Chi Minh city, in which Chu Lai-Truong Hai Auto Complex was founded in 2003 on an area of 600 ha includes 23 companies, affiliated factories; 01 Port Chu Lai - Truong Hai and 01 Vocational College Chu Lai - Truong Hai with staff numbers about 4,000 people.In addition to the main business activities are production-manufacture-distribution besides supply maintenance service and auto parts includes production and trade commercial vehicles (trucks and buses);passenger cars (Kia, Mazda, Peugeot) THACO also participate in the field of investment and construction of real estate gradually implement the development strategy of THACO Corporation in ASEAN region.
