Company Introduction
I am providing you with a brief outline of what we, TRANSATLANTIC ALLIANCE, can do for sellers of refined fuel products, to the Top 7 Global Oil Companies, Trading Companies, and Corporations, who have Global Name Recognition, as well as a Globally known Performance Record, and Globally known Financial Capabilities, herein referred to as The Majors.
We, TRANSATLANTIC ALLIANCE, are direct with the Top 7 World Oil Companies, and, but not limited to, 26, both USA and International Airlines. We operate, in conjunction with the above stated Majors, in an extremely streamlined manner. Upon the completion of our Internal Due Diligence, and verification of both the Seller as well as the Fuel, herein referred to as The Product, our full process, including product verification, dip testing, approval by said Major, and payment to the Seller, directly by said Major, via SWIFT MT103, prior to lift, or tank to terminal run, issued by a Top Ten 10 World Bank, can occur, and achieve full completion, within the time span of 24 hours, or less.
Our Buyer community does not, under any circumstances, issue Banking Instruments MT 103 23s, MT 799's, BCL's, RWA's, or any other under any circumstances, prior to the receipt of Full POP. We do not participate in the Broker Allocation scenarios. If we, TRANSATLANTIC ALLIANCE, and the above stated Consultants, in conjunction with us, feel that the Product, the Seller, and the Transaction are Fully Legitimate, we will then talk, one-on-one with the Title Holder of said Product, in an effort to prepare said Seller, to be placed in Direct Contact with said Major.
As previously mentioned, we will need very specific information, or details for our own Internal Due Diligence, prior to placing the Seller in direct contact with the Major. The initial questions are detailed below.
The initial information needed is as follows
Where is the Product? How much is in-the-tank, available to be dipped and verified, available for lift, or storage tank to terminal run, including price, and fixed discount to the benchmark platt price of that specific port.
Full Name of the Title Holder Company or Corporation, of which, can provide Warrant of Title, when necessary.
Where is the Title Holder Registered to do Business? What Country, What Province, What City, etc.?
Contact information of the Title Holder?
What is the Identity of the Papered Mandate If Any. Per our discussion, and your capacity, as an outside consultant for said Seller, your corporate details are sufficient.
What is the Mandate or Consulting Company and contact information?
Upon the completion and/or verification of the above information, TRANSATLANTIC ALLIANCE, will then follow the take down and closing procedures which will be outlined by the Major.
Important Notes
Seller must be a title holder not an allocation holder
Discount has to be off of Platt price
Seller must have liftable quantity in tanks or in pipelines
Majors do not sign contracts they do Rolls & Extensions
Major Procedures
Seller issues Commercial invoice with SGS and Tank receipt
Seller issues Authorization to do DIP test
