(formerly known as Sing Seng Engineering) was incorporated in June 1999 and established primarily as business diversification by a group of technical specialist and machinist into the realms of the forthcoming era of precision machine parts localization to reduce import and production cost of Malaysia.

The mainstream business of TSESB is the fabrication of precision machine parts employing both conventional and computer controlled equipment. Satisfying the maintenance and design engineers has been the paramount of TSESB. In achieving this TSESB has set a dedicated division ready to service the customers in swift turn around of prototypes, and any unpredictable machine part breakdown. TSESB also has ability to produce difference capacity of production volume for machining and fabrication products.
