The Technological City State (The TCS) originated in 1998 to fully explore and develop an innovative approach to the impending domination of digital media in society. Consequently, The TCS Productions has thrived by helping filmmakers find the best ways of utilizing all levels of new technology. Regardless of budget constraints we believe a great movie is created by the talent involved not the expense of the equipment. As a result of our commitment to excellence we have won 27 festival awards and other honors including the Panasonic filmmakers Grant, and the 2007 Accolade Award of Excellence for Best Independent Feature. As Digital Technology emerges from the underground so does the TCS - standing poised to usher in the next century of film making. We are always taking steps to move to next level and to that end, we hold the options to many exceptional scripts and stories.
